The University of Queensland's Moreton Bay Research Station (MBRS) is one of Australia's foremost marine research stations and is situated on North Stradbroke Island, 10 kms off the coast of the Brisbane suburb of Cleveland.

It is situated in an area of significant environmental value and cultural heritage.

The Station's Environmental Management System (EMS) highlights the importance that the University places on identifying and managing the impacts that the Station's activities may have on the environment.
