The role of the Warehouse at both the St Lucia and Gatton campuses is to provide to the University's Faculties, Schools and Divisions a wide range of consumables, materials, chemicals, furniture and equipment.
St. Lucia Warehouse (previously known as the UQ Central Store) can also store business records for Faculties, Schools & Sections within the University (including the collection, storage and disposal of redundant equipment, materials, chemicals and furniture). Stores Catalogue
The Stores Catalogues provide a list of goods that may be ordered from the Warehouse on both campuses, such as stationery items, toners, inks, disks, medical, cleaning, clothing, laboratory, hardware, electrical, and hospitality items.

A courier service (managed by P& F) provides a delivery services between the major warehouses, the Faculties, Schools and Divisions on all UQ campuses as detailed in the Courier Run Schedule.
