The Property & Facilities Division has implemented an integrated management system (IMS) approach which incorporates the development and maintenance of quality, environmental and safety management systems.  The Division has achieved continued certification for our quality and safety management systems against the international and Australian standards AS/NZS ISO 9001 and AS/NZS 4801 respectively.

P&F Quality Management System (QMS)

Property and Facilities has been certified by NATA Certification Services International (NCSI) against the requirements of the International Standard AS/NZS ISO 9001. The system includes the management of the internal audit process, feedback/ideas system (non-conformance system), document development and control of all divisional procedures, forms and contract documents.

P&F Safety Management System (SMS)

The Property and Facilities Division has a Safety Management System which has been certified to the Australian Standard, AS4801 - Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems.

The system provides information for P&F staff to use during the course of their duties at the University to ensure their safety and the Safety of others, including students and contractors, including risk assessments, managements plans, safety forms and procedures.
