There are two daily mail services (runs) commencing at 9:30am and 2:00pm. This service is for delivery and pick-up of mail bags only (no cartons, packages, etc.). The Courier Service is on a fixed schedule. Unfortunately, the service cannot be used to move other items during this time period. To make arrangement to move any such items, or for the collection of extra mail, contact the Mailroom Team Leader on 52026.


Off Campus delivery services include:

Service is provided between the Gatton, Ipswich and St Lucia campuses as well as the Brisbane CBD and University Departments located at Brisbane Hospitals, JKMRC Experimental Mine, Veterinary Science Farm - Pinjarra Hills, CSIRO - QCAT and a variety of other destinations upon request.

Mail collected on the morning hospital run, the city and the farm runs is returned to the Mailroom for sorting and distribution for the afternoon on-campus mail runs.

All external mail collected by the University Courier Service and returned to the University Mailroom by 3:30pm is sorted and dispatched via the Australia Post network at 4:00pm the same day. For more information please contact the Mailroom Team Leader on 52026.

St Lucia Campus Mail Run One - Hospital Run:

This is a dedicated off-campus delivery service to the University Departments located at the Brisbane Hospitals. This includes deliveries to the Mayne Medical School, Greenslopes, Princess Alexandra and Mater hospitals. See Off-Campus Operations section for more details.

The courier service provides a collection and delivery service for the distribution of mail, parcels, stationery stores and specialised items.
