The Operations Contracts Section is responsible for the following:
| » | contract management of periodic service contracts (eg. air conditioning, water treatment and testing,fire services, lawn mowing, fume cupboard inspection and maintenance, lift maintenance etc.) | |
| » | project management of selected deferred maintenance projects; | |
| » | specialist maintenance related projects; and | |
| » | investigations as requested by the Operations Manager. |
