All P&F staff must be aware of and abide by corporate UQ and P&F Divisional policies and procedures (listed below).

The Property & Facilities Division has implemented an integrated management system (IMS) approach which incorporates the development and maintenance of quality, environmental and safety management systems.  The Division has achieved continued certification for our quality and safety management systems against the international and Australian standards AS/NZS ISO 9001 and AS 4801 respectively.

Each P&F Section has documented their workflows/processes/procedures into Section "Workbooks".  Where applicable, procedures have identified quality, safety & environmental impact points - hence the term integrated management system. All P&F staff members have full access to the procedures.
