PF Assist office

The PF Assist office (previously known as Works Control Centre) provides the day-to-day processing, coordination and monitoring of all work requests, issuing parking permits, bike storage access, bike box locker access and lost property.

The key functions of PF Assist include:

  • logging and monitoring urgent maintenance requests
  • logging breakdown maintenance (corrective) and new works requests
