PF Assist

Provides the management of work requests, acces to bike storage and lockers and lost property. More information here...

The PF Assist office (previously known as Works Control Centre) provides the day-to-day processing, coordination and monitoring of all work requests, issuing parking permits, bike storage access, bike box locker access and lost property.

The key functions of PF Assist include:

  • logging and monitoring urgent maintenance requests
  • logging breakdown maintenance (corrective) and new works requests
