All University Organisational units (i.e. Faculties/Schools/Divisions/Centres/Units) are required to register their emergency callout number details and keep them updated. This ensures that the correct persons can be contacted by Security during an emergency or alarms.

The online webform is temporarily out of service pending the upgrade to an online user-friendly database management tool to enable real time editing or updating of emergency contact details.

To ensure security of personal information, access to this tool will be limited to users who have been nominated by their Faculty, School or Organisational Units. These users will be issued with secure passwords. Unlike previously, the nominated users will be able to view all current emergency contact details for their relevant occupied spaces in the database, allowing improved functionality for adding, editing or deleting of data where necessary. Information contained within the database is securely stored and can only be viewed by authorised Security personnel.
