  • Relocating your office to a decant space, which has been allocated by P&F Space Management, to your School / Faculty by P&F Construction for the duration of a refurbishment project; or
  • Relocating your office(s) into the newly refurbished offices or a newly constructed building.

Key Milestones

It is important that the following timeline is kept to prevent the move date and budget being pressured and to ensure the success of the move.

6 weeks before your proposed relocation date

  • Provide name of your Client Move Coordinator
  • Notify your Move Manager of your impending move to arrange an initial meeting.
  • Access to a project file will be established on Drop Box - this contains the Moves Schedule Template and relevant Floor Layouts.

4 weeks before your proposed relocation date

2 weeks before proposed relocation date
