How do I organise to archive my business records?

Business records, previously held by Property & Facilities Division (P&F) and stored at the Warehouse Building 99, are now stored off campus with a commercial operator and records management specialist, Grace Records Management (GRM).

Any department now wishing to store new Business Records can contact GRM directly:

Departments which had previously stored records with P&F at Building 99, and which are now being held at GRM, have been notified of their GRM account number and can use that in all transactions with GRM.
GRM invoices are currently being handled by P&F with charges being redistributed via ISC/journaling to the relevant departments.
